Getting started

Create your account

Download LUNE from the App Store, then sign in with your Apple ID or create an account with your email. Enter your cycle length and the date of your last period to get started.

Set up your profile

Enter your food preferences and restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) in the Profile tab so LUNE can personalize your recommendations from day one.

Cycle tracking

LUNE automatically knows where you are in your cycle. Tap "My period started" on the home screen to keep the tracking up to date.

Recommendations

Meals and tips are generated based on your cycle, how you feel and your preferences. The more regularly you use the app, the more relevant the recommendations become.

Account management

Delete my account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time:

All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Manage my subscription

Your subscription is managed through Apple's App Store:

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Restore my purchases

If you changed your phone or reinstalled the app:

Your active subscription will be automatically recognized.

Frequently asked questions

How does the wellness score work?

The wellness score is calculated from what you log each day (energy, mood, comfort...). It gives you an overview and helps you spot trends over time.

How does LUNE choose the meals it recommends?

LUNE combines your cycle info, how you feel and your food preferences to suggest adapted meals. The system learns from your feedback and improves over time. Your data is never shared with external services.

Does LUNE replace a health professional?

No. LUNE is a wellness tool that helps you eat better based on your cycle. It's not a consultation tool. If you have specific concerns, please see a professional.

Is my data protected?

Yes. Your data is stored securely with end-to-end encryption. We never sell it or use it for advertising. See our privacy policy for more details.

Does the app work with an irregular cycle?

Yes. You can adjust your cycle length in your settings at any time. LUNE adapts and the recommendations follow.

How do I get a refund?

Purchases are managed by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple support.

Does LUNE connect to other apps?

No. LUNE does not connect to Apple HealthKit or any other app. All data is entered directly in the app.
