Cravings

Your cravings aren't a flaw.

2 min read

The diet industry trained you to see cravings as a weakness. They're not. A craving is your body asking for something it's short on.

Chocolate

Often a sign you need magnesium. Cocoa is one of the richest sources. Reach for 85 % dark chocolate, pumpkin seeds, almonds.

Salt

Often a sign your body is running on stress. Less coffee. Better sleep. Real salt on real food.

Carbs at night

Often a sign you under-ate carbs during the day. Add complex carbs to lunch and dinner : sweet potato, black rice, oats.

A craving is a signal, not a sin. Listen. Then translate.

Stop fighting your cravings.
