Getting started
Create your account
Download Lune from the App Store, then sign in with your Apple ID or create an account with your email. Enter your cycle length and the date of your last period to get started.
Set up your profile
Tell us your dietary preferences and restrictions (vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.) in the Profile tab so Lune personalizes your recommendations from day one.
Cycle tracking
Lune automatically knows where you are in your cycle. Mark the first day of your period via "My period started" on the home screen to keep tracking accurate.
Recommendations
Meals and tips are generated based on your cycle, how you feel and your tastes. The more you use the app, the more relevant they become.
Account management
Delete my account
You can delete your account and all your data at any time :
- In the app : Profile → Settings → Delete my account
- By email : write to support@lune-app.com
All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Manage my subscription
Your subscription is managed through Apple's App Store :
- iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lune
- Or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Restore my purchases
If you've changed phones or reinstalled the app : open Lune → Profile → Settings → Restore my purchases. Your active subscription will be recognized automatically.
Frequently asked questions
How does the wellbeing score work ?
The wellbeing score is calculated from what you log each day (energy, mood, comfort...). It gives you an overview and helps you spot trends over time.
How does Lune choose the meals it recommends ?
Lune cross-references your cycle, how you feel and your food preferences to recommend matching meals. The system learns from your feedback and refines over time. Your data is never shared with external services.
Does Lune replace a healthcare professional ?
No. Lune is a wellness tool that helps you eat better with your cycle. It's not a consultation tool. For specific health concerns, consult a professional.
Is my data protected ?
Yes. Your data is stored securely. We don't sell it to anyone and don't use it for advertising. See our privacy policy for more details.
Does the app work with an irregular cycle ?
Yes. You can adjust your cycle length in your settings at any time. Lune adapts and the recommendations follow.
How do I get a refund ?
Purchases are managed by Apple. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support.
Does Lune connect to other apps ?
No. Lune doesn't connect to Apple HealthKit or any other application. All data is entered directly in the app.
